• Transformers Assembling: Factory inspection, in situ assembling and transformer commissioning tests.
  Principal transformer tests: Delta Tangent measurement, insulation resistance, rolling resistance, transformation ratio, physicochemical and chromatographic analysis, active part moisture measurement.
  We also carry out measurement of the frequency response for detection of possible mechanical or electrical problems, such as deformations and displacements of windings, core movement, short circuit or winding opening.

• Power Transformers Maintenance: visual inspection, oil sampling for physicochemical and chromatographic analysis, recirculated oil, board cleaning, ground connections revision, re-tighten bolts and commissioning tests.
• Taps Changers Under Load Maintenance: preventive and corrective measures for MR and ABB brands.
• Transformers Repair in situ: Field transformer diagnostics, giving solution to different types of faults, such as: change of gaskets, change of radiators, filling valves replacement, tap changers maintenance, etc.
• Oil Treatment: that allows to decontaminate and restore the physicochemical properties of the insulating liquid, optimizing its use and the lifespan of the transformer or power equipment that contains it.

To carry out the Oil Treatment we have the following equipment:

1. Micafluid Processing facilities (Switzerland) which contains an online monitoring system of moisture content and gas insulating oil. It is located on a truck, which makes it possible to move anywhere in the country.
   It has a flow that varies between 3.000 and 9.000 liters/hour.
2. Globecore Oil Treatment Plant CMM10 newly acquired with a flow that varies between 4.000 and 10.000 liters/hour.
3. Globecore Oil drying equipment with a flow of 1,7 m3/hr.
4. Himoinsa Soundproof Generator Group of 200 kVA, to provide power to the oil treatment plant.
