Carlos Mendoza Rodríguez, Electrical Engineer, count on an important recognition in the country for his experience of more than 48 years working directly with power transformers. He has solid knowledge in transformers, generators, transformers of measure, electrical and diagnostic trials in all kinds of High Voltage equipment. In addition to having implemented insulating liquid laboratories in various institutions, what makes him a recognized professional diagnosing incipient failures in transformers by oil analysis (physicochemical analysis, dissolved gas chromatography and other special tests).

Has a wide experience with more than 15 years of experience in SIEMENS Brasil, particularly in the power transformer factory where he became the head of the high-voltage laboratory (TUSA).

Back in Chile, for more than 15 years he worked in CHILECTRA as head of Substations Maintenance Area.

Also has experience and training in Chile, Brasil, USA, Switzerland and Germany.

He was a founding partner of a company in the industry of which he was for 20 years General Manager.

For his part, Carlos Esteban Mendoza V., is a Civil Industrial Engineer and has an MBA at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has developed his career in different areas of the electrical industry, starting in the area of ​​Substations and High Voltage Lines in Chilectra and then as a Project Area Chief and Tenders for the same company.

Later he worked as Deputy Manager of Energy and Industry of a metal-mechanic company with presence in the energy, mining and industrial market, with the purpose of increasing its market share in the electric business mainly with generation plants, which it involved knowing and participate in important energy projects of the last years.

In the recent years he served as General Manager in a service company, carrying out implementations of integrated management system, improvements in financial and accounting processes, brand positioning and generation of new business.
